Biography
I am a PhD researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Edge Hill University. I hold a BA and MA in History from the University of Liverpool. My research focuses on women and crime in 19th-century England, with a particular interest in gender and sexual violence. My PhD adopts an interdisciplinary approach, integrating historical and criminological methods to examine cases of sexual violence in Victorian Liverpool between 1880 and 1910.
Research interests
I am interested in the history of crime and women's history.
