Abstract

This book deals with the topic of leisure activities that the people can do outdoors. Topics are divided into 4 sections, with 3-4 chapters each section, for a total of 14 chapters. These sections discuss outdoor leisure activities and wellbeing, women and outdoor leisure, outdoor leisure for children and families, and facilitating and encouraging outdoor leisure.
