Abstract

Thoracoscopic excision of esophageal duplication cysts is still in its infancy. When the cysts are intramural, there is debate concerning the best management. We present a case of successful complete thoracoscopic excision of an intramural esophageal duplication cyst with repair of the esophageal muscle.
