Abstract
This book outlines an institutional approach to LGBTQ+ inclusion. It emphasises the need for further education institutions to proactively educate staff and students about LGBTQ+ identities and experiences and explores ways of integrating these through the curriculum. It outlines strategies for working with students and other organisations to support LGBTQ+ inclusion, as well as approaches for addressing homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying.
