Abstract
The article discusses the new version of Article 3 demands Member States in Great Britain to assure and guarantee that national telecommunications authorities are not independent with adequate resources. It states that these resources will enable them to contribute to BEREC. Moreover, Member States must assure that national regulatory authorities take the maximum account of the opinions.
