Abstract
The article focuses on the telecommunications package reform in Great Britain. It states that after two years of political debate and negotiations, the reform is supposed to push through but the European Parliament (EP) has deferred the final agreement on the reform. It notes that the Council and the EP has agreed on several legislative measures that would change the way in which telecommunication regulatory framework is to be implemented.
