Abstract
The article offers an overview of a judgment by General Court of European Union in the case of Spain v. Commission regarding primacy of enforcement of European Union Competition Law over the regulation of national telecommunications markets by national regulatory authorities. The judgment is also important because it confirms the Commission's powers to intervene against abuses of dominance on regulated markets.
