Abstract
St Helens Borough Council commissioned a team of researchers at the Evaluation and Policy Analysis Unit (EPA) and Medical School of Edge Hill University to conduct an evaluation of the Prevention and Promotion of Better Mental Health (BMH) Fund programme. This report sets out the findings of the evaluation of the programme.
