Abstract
The UEFA European Championship is the top international competition for men’s national teams in Europe. As the competition continues to grow – from a sporting, fan engagement and a commercial perspective – so do the physical demands of the match. This report provides an in-depth overview of the locomotive outputs at the recent men’s UEFA EURO 2024 to continue to develop our understanding of the physical demands of international football and continue to bridge the gap between research and practice.
