Personalised Care and Professionalism: Considering Workforce Development

Research output: Contribution to conferenceKeynote

Abstract

I will situate personalised care within the political and professional context. I will explore workforce transformation when considering personalised practice within the pre-registration healthcare curricula whereby the student transitioning to professional practice has the right knowledge, skills and behaviours to deliver compassionate quality person-centred care. I will explore with you creating a culture for change, creating a psychologically safe learning environment. As part of my presentation I will share with you the work taking place around the PerCIE Framework, that is shaping personalised care in pre-registration heath professional programmes.
