Abstract

Examines the European Court of First Instance judgments in France Telecom SA v Commission of the European Communities (T-339/04 and T-340/04) on the correct application of the system for case allocation and the duty of loyal co-operation between the Commission and national competition authorities, in the event of parallel competencies, under Regulation 1/2003 on the implementation of the rules on competition laid down in Articles 81 and 82 of the EC Treaty.
