Abstract
Food Waste is a central contributor to our carbon emissions. Methane is a central greenhouse gas too, so we need to make sure to reduce food waste in order to counteract climate change. One way of doing this is by sharing left over foods in our neighbourhood, just as Love Wavertree does in collaboration with FareShare. This video explains how it works.
