Internal Ecosystem Factors in Driving Innovation

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

This research paper aims to explore the impact of resources, dynamic capabilities, and strategic orientation on innovation as well as growth within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Specifically, we have developed eight theoretical constructs as research models, integrating a range of organizational factors that influence the innovation capabilities of SMEs and, consequently, their growth potential. The theoretical foundation of our perspective incorporates the Resource-Based View, Dynamic Capabilities Theory, and Strategic Management Theory.
