Abstract

Enter Anaesthesia is a webinar series created for Foundation doctors interested in pursuing a career in anaesthesia. The lack of face-to-face events due to the COVID-19 pandemic required an alternative delivery format. In fact, the webinar format enabled the series to be accessed by a much larger audience than would have been possible otherwise. The aim of the series was to support junior doctors in choosing anaesthesia as a career path and securing a training post. Feedback was gathered from attendees including intention to apply and future data will be gathered to review the proportion of successful applicants.
