Abstract
Schwartz Rounds support the emotional health and professional development of nursing and midwifery pre-registration students, promoting a sense of community and belongingness as they journey towards successful registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Our top tips for successful implementation of Schwartz Rounds align with the principles of Suicide-Safer Universities and the NMC Education Standards and if adhered to will foster a supportive and holistic learning environment where our future nurses and midwives can flourish.
