Abstract

The proceeding summarises the main elements of the business model of a circular-born cider business, namely Wasted Apple. The business model provides an excellent example of value co-creation and managing hybrid tensions in the same business model. This proceeding also discusses the disadvantages of the BM from the perspective of business growth.
