Abstract
The June 2008 issue of Forward featured an article from the
Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA) about its plans to develop a Foundation degree framework for school support staff . In this issue, Sue Graves of Edge Hill University, who acted as consultant to the TDA, and Monica Farthing of the TDA discuss some of the issues raised in the development of the framework and outline the next steps for the TDA.
