Abstract

Fans page is a platform where groups users who have the same hobbies together. User behaviours on social media platform include textual message, pressing like button, or forwarding the post. This research considered three aspects of user behaviour and discussed how the sale posts in business Fans page affected user behaviours. The analysis result showed the purchasing rate and user behaviour of reply message to be proportional.
