The Residential Landlords Association has commissioned researchers from Edge Hill University to undertake the RLA’s ‘State of the PRS’ Q1 2019 quarterly survey that focusses on Welfare Reform issues. This project is titled: "Welfare Reform and Universal Credit: Evaluating the impact on the Private Rented Sector".
