Discusses the orphan model of instructional leadership in Bush and Orar/Oplatka's theories of educational leadership as a form of theoretical fragmentation.

Uses the Integrative Leadership Framework (ILF) to synthesise 4 kinds of educational philosophy based on Schiro’s ideologies & Bottery’s educational codes.

Advocates Bottery’s 5th Eco-Stewardship code as an integrative code which includes the others and helps to repurpose educative leadership.
