The intention of the research is to:
(a) Collaboratively develop with users an innovative sport psychology-based training intervention (PRESST - Performance Resilience Enhancement by Solution and Strengths based Training) using insights from sport psychology for enhancing the long-term performance resilience of doctors to maintain optimum professional performance and also their well being and mental health
(b) Increase greater understanding of the factors that influence the performance resilience of doctors, including the development of a validated questionnaire that can be used as a screening, self-reflection and evaluation instrument.
