Framing Integrative Educational Leadership

Description

This study engages with Theory between the Scholarship of Teaching and Scholarship of Integration and proposes a new Integrative Leadership Framework which combines the Integrative Worldview Framework and the Competing Values Framework. This combined framework is then used to map stablished and emerging Theories of Educational Leadership in the textbooks of Bush and Arar & Oplatka. Gaps are identified to accommodate missing theories such as Poetic leadership (Hodgkinson), Mindful Leadership (Kruse) Sustainable Leadership (Bottery) and Ecological Leadership (Branson). The Integrative Leadership framework is then itself critiqued concerning the missing Indigenous Worldview
