Prof May Ng OBE is working with Springer Nature and coordinating 128 international authors- to develop the first Springer Medical Textbook on Paediatric Diabetes and Diabetes Technology
The field of paediatric diabetes is rapidly evolving, with new diabetes technologies and research constantly emerging. Medical textbooks are essential for healthcare professionals , medical students and allied health students looking to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. The proposed first medical textbook of Pediatric diabetes and Diabetes Technology is a unique resource designed to help students and healthcare professionals navigate the complexities of pediatric diabetes care and emerging technologies. One of the key aspects of this textbook is its focus on diabetes technologies, transition care as well as our emerging understanding of the paradigm of type 1 diabetes and new treatments for type 2 diabetes. This medical textbook of pediatric diabetes fills a gap in the current literature.
