The SFHEA is awarded following the successful submission of a 6,000 word portfolio, evidencing how one leads or influences others' professional practice in higher education teaching in many different settings, guiding and initiating change or lead/influence enhancement of practice in a wide range of global contexts. My three cases studies were on: leading in revalidation, Dance Dialogues: leading on listening to students' voices, and in external examining.
