Personal profile

My background in child health, education (mainstream and special) and social work, working with vulnerable children, young people and adults who have learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, complex health care needs, acquired brain injury and mental health conditions, and families under stress has informed my awareness of how ecological factors influence lifelong health and development, education and social well-being outcomes. I am committed to research that improves practice and outcomes of care to support children, young people, adults and families to achieve their potential and the best quality of life.
