    Biography

    My name is Samantha Bullen, and I am a Lecturer in Nursing Apprenticeships at Edge Hill. 

    My past employment has consisted of several nursing positions including acute medicine, intensive care, surgery and A&E. 

    I started teaching in education in 2019 as a clinical nurse educator and then transitioned into higher education in 2021. 

    My education includes a BSc in Adult Nursing and a PgCert in Teaching and Learning in Clinical Practice

    I am a fellow with Advance HE and my research interests include Mindfulness in the classroom, particularly with nursing students.
