Research interests

Rhona’s research interests relate to youth physical activity, fitness and health, physical activity interventions and how they can be incorporated into the school day to increase physical activity and fitness levels and improve health outcomes within the youth population.

Teaching

Rhona joined Edgehill in September 2017 as a Lecturer in Physical Education and Children’s Physical Activity. Rhona has worked as a lecturer in physical activity for health at Strathclyde University and as Teaching Fellow in sport and physical activity and health at Abertay University.
