    Ray Sheriff is presently Professor and Associate Head of Engineering at Edge Hill University. He was previously Professor of Technology Assisted Living at University of Bolton and before that Professor of Electronic Engineering at University of Bradford, where he worked as an academic for more than 26 years. His research interests include telecommunications, satellite communications, mobile communications, and wireless communications.
