Biography
Dr Neil Robinson joined Edge Hill University in June 2021 as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing. Previously, he held academic posts at the University of Salford as a lecturer in Marketing and Business.
Dr Robinson also has considerable experience of external examinership, programme leadership (both at UG and PG levels) and course development / accreditation within the Higher Education environment.
Dr Robinson has research interests in the contemporary nature of the marketing and business environment and has published outputs associated with services marketing, the impacts of terrorism on the service sector, fashion marketing, musical legacy associated with place, CV-19 impacts in society, dark tourism and social media marketing.
He is the programme leader for BSc (Hons) Marketing, BSc (Hons) Marketing with Advertising and BSc (Hons) Marketing with Digital Communications.
