Biography
Since joining Edge Hill University in 2005 (following a number of years working in the secondary school sector) I have lead and delivered teaching and learning across a number undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; this has previously included managing and delivering of learning to a number of school centred initial teacher training (SCITT) providers. I am currently leading the employability strategy for OfS CEC programmes.

Technology Enhanced Learning
Developing employability skills
Widening participation: I am currently in the fifth year of doctoral study. The focus of my thesis is centred around the experiences of part time, in-service trainees who studied higher education in a non-traditional setting.
Teaching
I lead and teach on a number of modules within an undergraduate degree programme and continue to update these as part of my scholarly activity. I also frequently liaise with staff to promote and embed innovations and competencies with technology.
