Biography
Dr Joyce Humphries is Associate Head of Department (Student Experience) at Edge Hill University. Her research interests are lie in investigative psychology, with a particular focus on factors that influence information gathering from witness and suspects, including person identifications and investigating interviewing. In addition, her research explores the impact of legal processes, as well as extra-legal and psychological factors, on courtroom room decision-making, including case outcomes and juror perceptions.
