Personal profile
Biography
I am a Postdoctoral researcher in Dr Dorothy Tse's memory lab. Our lab specialises in investigating the neurobiology of memory, with particular focus on understanding how the brain processes and retains new information.
My current project, which is externally funded by the Academy of Medical Sciences, involves using EEG to explore how aging and prior knowledge (schema) affects information seeking and memory.
Prior to this position, I completed my PhD at the University of Rome, where I attempted to shed light into the neurocognitive mechanisms underpinning enhancements in autobiographical remembering and episodic foresight, using techniques such as transcranial magnetic stimulation.
