Biography
I am the Interim Head of School at Edge Hill Business School, Edge Hill University. In my previous role I was the Associate Director responsible for Quality and Planning. I have a PhD from the University of Leeds, UK. My research interests are in work design and change management. In particular the investigation of how teams alter the architecture of their work to achieve mutually beneficial organizational and team based outcomes. I have a keen interest in executive learning, practitioner and academic collaboration and applying theories of team effectiveness to enhance student learning.
