Biography
Eliot has extensive experience in educational leadership, management and learning and teaching with over twenty-five years working in education, predominantly in higher education. His expertise and research interests include educational leadership, transnational higher education - having worked in seven countries - pathway programmes, and TESOL. In December 2025, Eliot successfully defended his doctorate in educational leadership which examined the leadership of learning and teaching in post-92 English universities.
