Biography
Divin is a Lecturer in EU/International Law at the School of Law, Criminology and Policing since September 2022. Prior to this, he was a GTA at the University of Liverpool. He is currently completing his PhD in EU Competition Law and Fundamental Rights at the University of Liverpool.
Divin's main research interests center around EU Constitutional Law, the internal market, EU Competition Law, Fundamental Rights, Data Protection and Collective Bargaining. His doctoral research considers the role of non-economic aims, in particular fundamental rights, in the application and enforcement of EU Competition Law. His thesis investigates this question through the prism of data protection and collective bargaining rights.
