Her research interests include the mismatch between policy and practice and espoused and enacted practice in workplace contexts. Her recent work has examined the impact of organisational spin on employee aspiration; knowledge transfer in multinational enterprises, corporate citizenship in family-owned businesses, and entrepreneurial marketing responses in biased consumer markets. The central focus of her research interest is concerned with policy and practice gaps and how they impact on the employer/employee relationship at work.
