    Biography

    I am a Professor of Musculoskeletal Research at Edge Hill University. I have significant research experience, using a variety of research designs, and have supervised and collaborated with a wide range of colleagues nationally and internationally.

    I am keen to support clinicians who want to develop their clinical-academic profile, so please get in touch: chris.littlewood@edgehill.ac.uk 

    I have published over 100 peer-reviewed papers and have contributed over £6.5 million pounds of research grant capture, including almost £3 million as lead applicant. I was previously a member and then chair of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy’s Scientific panel (2017 to 2022).
