Organisation profile
The International Centre for Early Years Education (ICEYE) is the principal hub for academics, professionals, researchers, children, families and communities, alongside a wide range of service users. ICEYE will raise the profile and provision for Early Years Education, share expertise, lead future interdisciplinary research collaborations and further develop our current multi-disciplinary research projects in establishing our international reputation. ICEYE will provide the opportunity to develop future high impact research, building on the work already in place and support with establishing future capacity and capability of professionals and researchers in the field of Early Years Education, families and communities. ICEYE will include all birth to 8 years provision, education, care, social care, health and wellbeing, alternative and special school provision, holistic support for children, families and communities, outdoor learning and nature-based learning. We will work collaboratively with key stakeholders including children, parents, families, communities, charities, advocacy networks, policy makers and other organisations to shape our work and to make a difference in the field of Early Years Education.
