The aim of this workshop is to explore the various different approaches to teaching and learning that can be facilitated when seeking to positively engage students with the implementation of their own research projects. Examples drawn from a Year 3 UG educational research module will be provided and critically reflected upon, highlighting both the successes and challenges experienced over the period of an academic year. Colleagues will be encouraged to participate in active discussions to further explore how teaching and learning can be enhanced in the context of UG student-led research project modules, with the goal of collaboratively generating a bank of ideas to develop future practice.
