Dr Mark Partington delivered several workshops and an accompanying resource package for The English Football Association’s (FA) Coach Developer workforce. The workshops introduced contemporary approaches to enquiry-based learning, highlighting principles and methods that support critical reflection, collaborative sense-making, and evidence-informed development. The resources, designed to extend learning beyond the workshop, offer adaptable frameworks and practical tools for Coach Developers to facilitate coach learning during the FA's coach education courses. This initiative strengthens the FA’s commitment to coach learning and the recent professionalisation of its Coach Developer workforce.
