Description

Community businesses continue to play a vital role in the economy and the communities they serve, including contributing to community cohesion, reducing social isolation and building community pride. We believe that community business leaders require a distinctive set of skills, capabilities and knowledge to face the unique challenges facing the sector. Our goal is to develop a training programme for community business leaders that helps them to lead effectively in this context. We already have the basic building blocks or modules for leadership training but have designed this event to make sure that our programme really meets the needs of sector leaders.
