The purpose of the CPD Standard is to help teachers of mathematics at all levels, and their institutions, to be assured of appropriateness and quality of training by standard holder providers. The NCETM has developed a clear set of principles and Quality Mark criteria which define the CPD Standard, and holders are assessed against. The committee reviews, develops and and progresses the support for standard holders.
